BERNT NORDSTEDT, a pair of white glass and teak lamp bases, model no. B-015 for Bergboms, with original shade recovered with a similar linen to the original, rewired and PAT Tested.  Swedish c. 1960.

Bergboms was a successful Swedish lighting firm founded by the entreprenuer A. H. Efraim Ljung and named after his mothers family.  He was also the founder of DUX Beds & furniture which came to incorporated Ljungs Industrier.  Bergboms manufactured both its own designs and those of international designers such as Bernard Schottlander and Greta Magnusson-Grossman.
